ABDL, or "adult baby diaper lover," represents a preference among some adults who role-play as a baby wearing diapers. As a diaper company, we want to make sure all of our customers have what they need. We've found that a large part of the ABDL community, in addition to role-playing, also suffers from incontinence.
Underx ABDL diapers are made specifically for anyone experiancing bowel or urinary incontinence, and will keep you dry and comfortable all day. These diapers can be used day to day in addition to any unique circumstances.
Discreet ABDL Products
ABDL community members vary in degree from loud and proud to secret and discreet. The degree of incontinence can also play a large role in this.
Underx diapers are not only discreet under your clothing, but shipped as standard adult incontinence underwear. There will not be any ABDL indication on the package your product is mailed in.

What Does ABDL Stand For?
ABDL stands for Adult Baby/Diaper Lover. Two separate subgroups make up this growing community. While there is no recorded number of the size, online discussions and forums say it's growing.
Why would someone be ABDL if the world seems to dislike them?
Universally, there are always rotten eggs in any group, but I'd argue that ABDL's have much richer and more authentic personal lives than the average relationship. Everyone has their own quirks and choices!
What is the correct terminology?
Not everyone who roleplays as a baby wants to be called an "adult baby." In some cases, the term carries a negative connotation. Many members of the ABDL scene prefer to be referred to as a "little," the submissive partner of an ABDL relationship.
What triggers this fetish?
What causes someone to become an adult baby? No one knows for sure. Some people believe that imprinting causes infantilism; a mother putting diapers on a child creates associations between humiliation and sexuality. Another theory is that being an adult baby is an identity disorder that's based on the self rather than a partner.
Do ABDLs suffer from incontinence?
Underx wasn't started for the ABDL communit, but we support them today because we quickly found that many ABDLs also suffer from incontinence. While we don't have flashy or colorful designs, our products stand the test of time and will support you day to day with your incontinence.
