Shipping policy
Underx provides Free Shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99. Samples have a flat shipping rate of $4.99. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs a flat $45 shipping charge, this represents ~50% of the whole shipping fee.
Orders placed before 2 pm will ship that same day. Orders placed after the cut off time of 2 pm, on Holidays, or over the weekend will ship next business day including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Delivery Times:- Shipping is via major US carrier ground and generally arrives in 1-5 business days.
- 1-5 business day delivery to 93% of the Continental U.S.
- Rural areas arrive in 1-10 business days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take up to 3 weeks.
- No Shipping outside the United States and Puerto Rico.
