I've had incontinence my whole life due to Spina Bifida. The briefs that my insurance provides are extremely cheap and not good. The Underx Tabbed briefs are some of the best i've ever used. Very comfortable and holds everything.

I’ve been dealing with incontinence for a really long time, and I have tried a lot of different products, and these are definitely effective. Given how inexpensive these are, I was genuinely surprised at the quality. The tapes actually hold, I haven’t had a single one pop. The outer cover is soft and quiet, and the fit is perfect. These do have pretty effective leak guards, and the inner liner is soft and keeps me feeling dry even when I know that I’m wet. After trying the samples I went ahead and signed up for the subscription service, and that is super easy to manage and make adjustments as needed.
